Both sides need to stop demanding firings for unpopular remarks. Until that happens, this will continue to happen, with both sides looking hypocritical.

Exactly. The false equivalency has to end on this. Losing your job for offending someone is a rule that liberals made up, and they alone should be held to this standard.
