My Aunt died last month from an overdose. Unbelievable its 72,000 But it's real, so real. Just ask a fire fighter or a paramedic. How does this much heroin enter the US? My guess is pill form. Look at the facilities destroyed in Afghanistan by the B-52s

And if Narcan opiate antidote wasn't now being widely carried, the deaths would be far higher.

And so many that you tell this to are unaware. They are more conserned abiut guns. But when they hear this they begin to think and are blown away by the sheer number dead from this overdose problem. They just have never been given this information.. Too many dead from this..

It’s scary, sad, and totally believable. I’m surprised it’s not higher. I’ve worked in the grocery business in all kinds of areas and see drug addicts every day. Everyone’s gotta eat so grocery stores are great places to see a general reflection of the public at large.
