Disgusting. I'm not offended easily but legit found that offensive. CNN need to check themselves.

Yeah that was gross and mean spirited, nothing like good humored comedy show where edgy material is presented.
-
The idea that all black people need to fall in line and think the same way and hold the same beliefs is deeply offensive. It is the very foundation of racism in fact. We are individuals. Not a monolith.
-
Every other race is "allowed" to have Republicans, democrats, whatever. But they lose their minds over a black man saying blacks can chose to have political/intellectual diversity. Disgusting.
-
No they lose their minds when a superstar says slavery was a choice and supports people who obviously don’t have black America in their best interests or top priorities.
-
If you don't know what he meant by that statement then perhaps you won't understand what I'm saying. I agree it was worded very poorly. I'm not American but I don't believe that the president or government specifically SHOULD have 'black america' explicitly as a top priority.
-
Black people don't need to be pandered to or treated differently. It's condescending as hell. And as far as I know democratic governments and policies have ravaged black families in America over the decades and continue to. I'm non partisan but that seems clear.
-
No, they need to be treated EQUALLY.

It’s also referencing a quote from a Chris Rock routine so this is being presented pretty out of context.
-
Oh. Well. That makes it all better.
-
Not saying it's good but presenting it as if one of the pundits just said that is dishonest.
-
One of the pundits did say it, and is CNN wants to become Bill Maher, that’s fine, but they need to own this and issue a statement.
-
Oh I think we're way beyond media outlets owning their bad behavior.

This is the sort of comment that ticks ppl off and moves ppl who were politically inactive to become politically active.

I don't like Kanye BUT Kim K. actually got a pardon for a black woman w/a unrealistic prison sentence & if Kayne gets anything done w/Chicago violence, prison reform or creating manufacturing jobs I will buy his music & call him great. He's TRYING to do good things!
-
Rappers had a chance to talk to Trump about prison reform but they declined. At least Kanye is man enough to say hey let's talk whether Trump agrees or not he tried..thats all he can do but to prove a point Trump may work with him.
