I had to stop icecream and pizza for the same reason.
DHEA is just as much of a precursor to estrogen as it is for T. I'd suggest stacking it with DIM to avoid e2 sides.

Yeah that's no good. Water retention is an issue and 25 mg isnt enough. When I experimented with DHEA is was best at 100 - 200 mg with timed release. Still wasn't all it was advertised to be.
We're you pumping iron? Believe it or not dhea is banned by the NCAA, a lot of otc supplements are.
