Its both dude.... 4 sets per exercise: 1) 12 - 15 reps 2) 6 - 8 reps 3) 4 - 6 reps 4) 20 reps 2 - 3 mins rest between each set. Always excellerate against downward force i.e explosive (muscle shorten) and control eccentric phase (muscle lengthen under load) 2 - 4 sec
