We should ask Jordan Peterson. This one takes wisdom and it seems to be in his ballpark (legislating speech). Is wearing a mask speech, is carrying weapon speech, is violence speech? In my oppinion, no. Antifa, is actually the real oppressor here, hiding behind a mask.

If you do all of here things in a public space you may be fairly judged by your actions. If you wear a mask, you cannot be as you hide your identity. This to me changes it from free speech, to a form of intended, planned violence. And it doesn’t matter what side.

This is necessary! Antifa is out of control. Not just Antifa but any person or group committing masked violence against people trying to excercise their freedom of speech should be charged. This could result in a 15 year prison term for wearing a mask to a protest.
