This is an oversimplification but...
- Handheld mode similar to Xbox One level
- Docked mode slightly better than PS4 Pro
DLSS will be a game changer.

Nvidia employee has confirmed by accident the existence of the Tegra 239 SoC.
This has been rumored since 2021 to be the SoC that will power the Nintendo Switch's succesor.
This is the first time we have official word for Nvidia that it actually exists.

A reminder that there won't be any special Terastal forms (a la Gigantamax / unique Z-moves) for the base game. We got one for each type and that's it.

We all got used to the word leak meaning news, as this was our only source of information back then
This is why a big part of community is so desensitized to them, and the people who react negatively are mostly those who didn't follow the coverages for older games.

Random thought:
Hate it or love it, leak culture has always been and will always be part of Pokémon.
We grew up with leaks being the only real source of Pokémon news. CoroCoro leaks. Japanese release leaks. Leaks were the only thing we had.

The following is unconfirmed because it's based on a hint by the leaker but still not explicitly said:
- There's no Battle Tower (or similar) in Scarlet / Violet.

I've actually spoken to TPCi about this.
They confirmed to me that this is incorrect.
They haven't cut out people for doing Nuzlockes or anything like that. They don't care as long as you follow the confines of what's possible in the game. twitter.com/Patterrz/statu…

Cannot believe people are capping for The Pokemon Co. on this one because apparently a writer got a generic PR response denying this. I think people who worked with them directly for years behind the scenes know what they're talking about 🤦♂️

Though another thing to consider is that the Galar guide dedicates a good number of pages to new forms for old Pokémon (Galarian and Gigantamax forms), while Paldea has only 4 new forms in total.

We now have number of pages the Pokédex guide for Paldea will have. It gives us an idea of how big the Pokédex will be.
Alola: 192 pages (301 Pokémon)
Galar: 240 pages (400 Pokémon)
Paldea: 192 pages
Looks like the Paldea Dex size will be more similar to Alola's than Galar's.

Dato interesante:
La guía de la Pokédex de Paldea con la info de todos los Pokémon que se encuentran en la región tiene 192 páginas.
La guía equivalente de Galar tiene 240 páginas.

Recommended order for the Path of Legends story (titans):
1. Rock
2. Flying
3. Metal
4. Dragon
5. Ground
Just like Gym Leaders they all have a fixed level that doesn't scale.

Some of the Pokémon that are aggressive and will try to ambush the player very frequently in the game (you will end up hating them):
- Tauros
- Mankey line
- Klawf
- One of the new dog Pokémon
- Chili Pepper Pokémon
- Grasshopper Pokémon

There aren't any blocks to access any place in Paldea, that's what we meant earlier. You really can go anywhere.
So you can access the League, but will be kicked out.

However, you will fail one of the tests if you don't have all the gym badges.
If you fail any test you will be kicked out of the league stadium.

Big news:
- There aren't any artificial blocks anywhere in the game. No trainers will block your path. That means you can go straight to challenge the Pokémon League with 0 badges.
(Reminder that the League in this game is a series of tests)

- You have an alternate way to go to the final (Psychic) gym earlier without Koraidon/Miraidon last riding ability but you will be ambushed by level 50-something Pokémon in your path so it's not that simple.

Leaks continue here:
- Wild Pokémon can ambush the player and surprise attack them from behind to force a battle.
- You can't exactly access any gym from the start, as some may require certain Koraidon/Miraidon riding skills to access.

Here's an image to illustrate what we're talking about. The levels are hypothetical, we made them up.
You see that unlesss you backtrack and do a zig-zag path, if you follow a normal exploration path you will inevitably have to end with lower-level gyms.

[speculation] The bad thing about this design is that, for example, if you clear the west gyms, then later in the game go to the clear the east gyms, they will be at a much lower level than you are because those also are starting gyms for people who go to the east first.

Gym recommended orde:
1 and 2. Bug and Grass
3 and 4. Electric and Water
5. Normal
6. Ghost
7. Ice
8. Psychic
You can do it in any order, but this is the recommended one due to their fixed levels and map location.
