    No jail time for NY school bus driver who admitted to raping 14-year-old girl. The judge says the 26-year-old has no prior arrests and there was one victim, so the sentence was appropriate.

    Accounts with mass shooters as profile pictures took to Facebook to praise the synagogue shooter on a page in his name as the attack was happening. Facebook took down the page tied to the suspect, but not those pages rooting him on.

    Trump has a lot of hard evidence that if he obstructs justice, the worst that will happen to him is that the matter will be referred to House Democrats, who will do nothing, while his attorney general insists his obstructive acts aren't criminal. It's open season.

    A serious question: Could the president weighing in on an ongoing New York AG investigation by advising the NRA on how to avoid scutiny... ... could that be construed as an obstruction of justice?

    The president keeps trying to get his followers to threaten journalists with physical violence and it’s working.

    So this morning I told the guy in the aisle seat that I was a journalist. He said, "oh, so you're a socialist." I tried to see if he was kidding, but he just stared back at me, so I turned away and looked out the window. Then he got started.
