    I mean, with mapping neurons, you're going to run out of easily-separable color codes frustratingly fast. This is a pretty clever visualization tool. Why haven't we seen this more with many-label biological data.

    the project was a great collaboration of three labs with patching done in , genetics done in and data integration in ours - pipeline took optimizing, but in the end the time from shipment to figure was super fast! a great experience!

    Our huge Patch-seq effort is out on bioRxiv: . 1320 neurons in mouse motor cortex patched, sequenced, and mapped to a scRNA-seq atlas. 642 reconstructed morphologies! Our running joke was that it was a bit like catching Pokemons. (1/n)
