@twiterisforfite Heals had higher base healing to make up for players having base health. However, that didn't line up and scale perfectly.
@oliviadgrace Re: a question in that article... Yes, base damage/healing on spells is removed too. All from scaling. Equal scaling for all!

@Celestalon Even in TBC, heals had a much larger gain from 60 to 70 because they didn't scale as well with gear. Mostly good for hybrids tho -
@Celestalon@twiterisforfite So whats this going to do to dmg and healing at low lvls if you don't have heirlooms you won't have much stats. -
@Celestalon It would be interesting if damage specializations could use spirit gear for heals without being mana-limited in dps rotation -

@Celestalon Actually, this means physical specs still don't get spell scaling from weapons. And would caster specs use SP for melee attacks? -

@rebrown38@twiterisforfite Somewhat ironically, weapons are actually *more* important for some casters, than some melees. SP bonus is huge. -

@LunavaleLL@jjones186@twiterisforfite No. You still crit with 0 crit rating because you have 5% base crit, and crit from agi/int. -

@Seerows_Law@Celestalon If you want multistrike, cast the spell again. Agil giving crit/dodge was originally because it only gave 1 AP -
