@PaladinCleocia @Celestalon @Lignar amp was a secondary, not a tertiary. Cleave is a tertiary but how many of those there are isnt important

@D4RKM4773R @Celestalon @holinka @Lignar I'd assume no cap, works like haste. (ie 200% readiness = 3 min cooldown to 1min cooldown)
