@Celestalon EMFH grants a CC break and a trinket bonus. All players should have a baseline CC break. Trinket options should not be a racial.

@Celestalon EMFH is a 2min CD that removes every CC. It remains unchanged. WotF removes fear, sleep and charm effects. CD made 3 min. Why?
