BS, cops did not determine his dog is a service dog. The act of aggression discounts it per the ADA. Aggression or changing the nature of the business. 10 to 1 he cant pull training logs , etc

Where is that dogs jacket indicating it’s a service dog. I’m an animal lover and do believe that girl had no right touching the Animal but also that man should of had service dog jacket on him‼️‼️‼️

The dog owner was in the wrong. Although she should have avoided the service dog, neither she nor the dog itself shouldn't be blamed for its reaction. The dog was given an incorrect instruction from his handler.

If the dog was a service dog then there was no problem that it was on the train with his handler. The woman was stupid for repeatedly pushing the dog. She is lucky the dog did not seriously hurt her

The woman should be charged with animal abuse. If you were to push a person it would be considered assault. The dog was probably feeling his owners BP rise and was taking cues from that. Not excusing the owner by no means. Just because it is a pit has nothing to do with it.
