Risk is like that...some people take small or big risks and get away with it. Overall do most people who go to restaurants get COVID? No. But people with COVID were 2.4 X more likely than those without to have eaten out, so all choices add up.

Not true. My husband is a Chef and one out downtown restaurants, they were open for indoor dinning of 50 people all summer, during the hight of tourist season (which our city advertised to promote.) 0 infections all summer.
