You mean the students you teach will vote the way you tell them to. I feel you should not vote until you have a job and pay taxes. Skin in the game and fair share and all.
We should lower the voting age to 16! The students I teach are more than capable of understanding the issues. It doesn't have to only be white landowners , let's say any citizen that actually pays federal income tax.But you probably have a problem with just citizens voting.

It took me nearly 10 years to unlearn everything my teachers indoctrinated me with. Raise the voting age so they get experience first. Would you want to live the rest of your life by the choices you made at 16? Public school is already just political programming. You want worse?
