    One hundred prior arrests! Another vivid example of the failure of the criminal justice and bail reforms enacted by politicians in New York.

    When a parolee with 100+ prior arrests snatched a cellphone from a subway rider’s hand yesterday, Manhattan Task Force Officers Munoz & Gonzalez scoured the area, found the culprit, and returned the property to a grateful victim. Outstanding work.

    “There must be more victims” Tragically, we’ve seen this before. Bailing out a career criminal who then goes on to commit a terrible crime. Transparency here could tell us how often this happens to innocent victims. via
