Well we have gotten a lot of hints he doesn't like the devout. Since the ring incident, nothing really surprises me. He can barely keep his infamous temper in check.

Yeah, in his defense, she yanked him kind of hard and wouldn't let go. He is older and she could have knocked him off balance. The look on his face though. LOL
