So they sinned against the First Commandment for all the world to see them worshipping a pagan idol.

When God led the Israelites out of Egypt, He didn't say, "You've been acculturated to worship Egyptian idols for 400 years, let Me accompany you away from that." No, one of the first things He said was, "I am the Lord, your God. You will not have false Gods before me."

A lie. The idol was called "Our Lady of the Amazon" as she was presented to the Pope after the participants had venerated by her. In Catholic Church "Our Lady of" refers to the Veneration of Mary. Catholic media types reported her as "Our Lady of Amazon", even "The Visitation".pic.twitter.com/qnP8G0qPlD

What is the response from
@austeni and@Where_Peter_is? -
I fail to see why we should have a response for this different than the one we already gave to Bishop Guinea. From our article 1/2pic.twitter.com/oFC3p5XW3G

A statue representing life is fine. Praying to it, bowing down to it, these are not alright. It's the ceremony that's the problem.
