I do the train to London and that's it really.. so this is a wee adventure for me.. I prefer driving ..

I would hate the train to London. Prefer to fly and far cheaper. I'll be Edinburgh on tue and the cost of that is huge

True enough .. door to door from Fortrose to Witney is 8 hours on a plane&coachs. Train would be 14 or more .. I do it regularly

Mine failed yesterday but had to buy a new coil, £220, not sure what thats about but like many others rely completely on honesty of garage

Coil for mot? Never heard of that one to be honest. Doesn't mean I'm right though.

Yeh it had me also, couldn't speak to owner regards the repairs required so couldn't ask about the issue in question

Unless it was a suspension 'coil' spring wife's failed on that.

I thought of that just wasnt sure tho. Suffice had to pay to get flamin car back. That said not had any other issue in over 4 years luckyme
