Normally a candidate has some sort of tie to the constituency they're contesting so it's a bit odd. Why Rutherglen/Hamilton West?
Why not.Why odd, it's Westminster not loacal, I will be as effective anywhere in Britain-I'd regularly hold surgeries & listen to the constituents.
