What's complicated? Children have bodily autonomy just like adults, there's no medical benefits from amputating parts of either genitalia and a lot wrong even if the operation is "successful". A needless procedure to curb libido.

It didn’t belong in your film. It was a tangential issue that felt out of place and left a taint on your otherwise great film.
-
I feel like it didn't. If it was left out, the movie would not have been otherwise affected, but I think it did spark much needed discussion on an important issue.
-
Gotta disagree. The main focus on the Red Pill was the blatant double standard that boys and men face. The MGM section was a perfect example of that double standard.

Is the original poster insane??? Male genital mutilation is THE CENTERPIECE men's rights issue!!! If you aren't safe in YOUR OWN FUCKING BODY, what else even matters???
-
Indeed Gregory! And I would add if you are not safe in your own body when you are a DEFENSELESS INFANT then what else matters?

Good one
@Cassie_Jaye . This is an abomination that needs to end. I once saw a baby boy being mutilated like that. A baby should never scream like that.Thanks. Twitter will use this info to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

It's not mutilation. It does not leave him unable to function or experience pleasure. Mutilation would include both of these things as it does with FGM. This is not even close to being the same and it is disrespectful to the women who've experienced it.
-
It numbs the gland by leaving it exposed to constant friction making masturbation harder and sexual intercourse less gratifying. You don't condone something because it's "not as bad as something else".
-
FFS can't you people read?!? My god. ***Show me where I condoned it*** I CLEARLY said I don't have an opinion for or against it. You guys imagine people are saying things they never said. It's insane.
-
You said it wasn't mutilation, I argued it was. I didn't say you were personally condoning it, I simply advised against it. I don't know where this confrontational attitude is coming from, I wasn't attacking you.
-
Condescension. You argued desensitization not whether it was "mutilation". I never said anything about that. My point is that removing skin vs removing the clitoris are 2 very different things. It is wrong to compare the two. When Drs are doing penectomies, then we'll compare.
-
Doesn't matter if people compare. It's skin that protects one of the most sensitive part of the male body. A mutilation is the permanent cutting of a body part, which it is. There's no point in arguing semantics if you ignore the real harm it does to men.

Thank you. I made a very easy to understand statement and I'm right. Also, he doesn't understand the difference between what could be argued is a cosmetic OR medical procedure, with the actual definition of mutilation as in FGM. Circumcision is NOT the same as mutilating females.pic.twitter.com/L4uni4l2dZ
