    If twitter is a public forum banning users is a violation of 1A for sure, no?

    A judge just ruled Trump can't block people on Twitter because his tweets are in an "interactive space" considered a "public forum" therefore blocking ppl violates their 1A rights. So then why is Twitter allowed to politically censor their users?? Hello lawyers...Congress??

    Of course. I’m not saying he didn’t hugely fuck up somewhere or that he should be forgiven or anything. Just that you can’t expect someone not to be dealing with a lot and trying to justify it in their heads.

    My problem with him is not securing his weapons!! I have several firearms in my house and neither of my sons have access to them. I have safes for my guns and separate safes for the ammo. Only my concealed carry and middle-of-the-night home defense weapons are stored with ammo.

    Maybe, but lots of goth kids do this. I was a weird goth kid and it was really obnoxious being judged after columbine.

    Yeah, Cassandra, gonna disagree. Kid consistently wearing Trenchcoat in hot weather is definitely a signal for 6 figure School Admins to talk to him.
