David Koch lived at 740 Park as well. He was worth 50 Billion and would give the doormen a $50 dollar check at Christmas. Woody Johnson owns a place in 740 Park too another Trump crony knee deep in scandal. Epstein’s townhouse was basically a kompromat factory/brothel.
