The law requires the owner of the property to relocate you until the rental is treated and safe to return to. They're responsible for the costs. New rental, hotel.... it's on them.

I guess you haven't had this given your former career, but speaking as someone from the UK I can say there used to be entire years where I didn't think about Trump at all and I miss them terribly.

I've never actively thought about him but he finds some sleezy way to invade your life and then you have to confront it. I've always known his racism, corruption, greed & narcissistic sociopathy, never believed Americans would be stupid enough to elect him, until they did.
