One of my personal heroes has always been Sean Flynn. A child of privilege who went to Vietnam as a photo-journalist and went out with Special Forces to document the war. He disappeared with his partner Dana Stone in Cambodia in 1970 under mysterious circumstances. i.e. cover-up.
This is the last pic taken the day Sean & Dana disappeared riding motorcycles into Cambodia. How no one has made this into a movie is beyond me. I did the research towards writing a screenplay about them once, but not my bailiwick.pic.twitter.com/VkB8F4Bo2o
I read Dispatches by Michael Herr several years ago. He talks about them in there. It is a great book and must read. Highly recommended.

I never heard of him Noel. It would be nice if somebody wrote a book or a screenplay about him someday... hint, hint..sounds very interesting.
