I think the big clue was the type of brain surgery he just had a month or so ago as most folks don't know long-term alcoholism dries out the top of your brain leading to dementia type balance problems while walking so Docs put stints in to try & rehydrate the brain
Yes, Trump has these same issues from the long term stimulant & benzo’s abuse. He hasn’t walked steady in a decade. We used golf carts on ‘Apprentice’ to get him around and he can’t stand at a lectern without leaning in and holding on. @realDonaldTrump

"Wet brain"/Korsakoff's Syndrome from long term, heavy alcohol abuse causes dementia like symptoms. I had a patient die from it. It's an awful, debilitating disease.
