I don’t trust a PD that clearly committed an unjustified shooting and then handcuffed the now paralyzed victim to his intensive care bed when they say ‘he had a knife under his floorboard.’ Sounds like a planted-weapon to me. @realDonaldTrump

I know a (thankfully former) cop who carried extra knives to plant on people, 'just in case'. He was an evil fker who creeped on young women, gave all tickets/no warnings when he had a bad day, and bullied coworkers into helping stalk his trying-to-be ex wife.
