She's responding to a tweet by Noel who is essentially saying the same thing as her, as if he's some sort of demented person who thinks Obama's still president. Nobody is questioning her accuracy, just that it's misplaced. Hence "she got it twisted".

Sure... Just angry at the wrong person since this was a response to Noel's tweet which contained nothing even remotely pro-Trump. They completely misunderstood Noel's tweet and blasted him for no reason... Still, these things happen.
