Raise your hand if you've ever had a 'get out of jail free' card from a cop. This isn't talked about much, and I doubt this courtesy was often extended to the black community. If you knew a cop and he gave you his biz card and you got pulled over, it got you out of trouble.

My friend (who's white) told a cop who pulled him over that he could either give him a lecture or a ticket, but not both. The cop complied and gave him a short lecture. That's privilege.

Does this count? I was 18, pulled over for speeding. Cop says "You're really cute. I give him a weird look. He says "Don't get me wrong; you could be my daughter." No ticket....

Never been handed a business card but the two times I’ve been pulled over in 30 years as a driver I was let off without a ticket.

I was given a made up speeding ticket because I was pulled over in a car pool lane, because the cop couldn't see I had two kids in car seats. I can't pretend to compete with any of this, but my general experiences with the police as a white, scruffy male, have been awful.
