Saw him speak in 2016. Couldn’t believe he was the same guy from 9/11.
The Rudy from 9/11 was an act. He was the guy you see in the video all the way back in the 90’s and his ego and hubris made 9/11 and it’s aftermath much worse. Then he spent 20 years profiting from it. Rudy is a scumbag and a drunk. @RudyGiuliani

Exactly. As someone who worked in and lived in and around NYC, Giuliani always made my skin crawl. That he announced his divorce of his 2nd wife (not the cousin!) in a press conference before even telling her should have set off alarm bells.

I had thought it was senility, but I have also heard senility lowers the filter and people become more who they were in childhood. I sort of pitied him, but since he was like this even in adulthood...
