I think he has "conduct disorder" or "oppositional defiant disorder" as a child and now has Anti-social Personality Disorder along with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Trump most certainly has ‘oppositional defiant disorder’ that is quite obvious from even the smallest interaction with him. @realDonaldTrump

I'm not a shrink, but I think I'm going to read up on those issues. I think when the person's under 18 (> 3) it's called conduct disorder, as an adult it's called anti-social. My shrink friend says APD is often co-morbid with NPD & BPD.

Generally speaking, we don't dx someone with a personality disorder as a child, with the idea that a personality, per se, is not set yet (I would argue with what we know now about brain development this should be extended into the mid-20s) We might note that traits are present...
