He did in the early days of his campaign. Remember, Trump is high all the time & his brain is broke. Roger & Sam were his advisors. Yes, Trump was always racist but they needed a simple device to codify it for his followers. ‘Build the Wall’ worked. @realDonaldTrump

So you're saying he IS racist but still needs a reminder to be racist. He seems to manage just fine when he is ad-libbing his press conferences. I don't buy that he needed a reminder. he is a marketer. it was a slogan for others. not himself.
