Some sort of IV Machine is my guess, he takes fluids often as his kidneys are all screwed up. You can see the aiv marks on his hands, this was true in ‘Apprentice’ days as well. @realDonaldTrump

Umm-taking 'fluids' from an IV for screwed up kidneys doesn't make sense. If anything, you want to remove fluids, not add them when kidneys are an issue. But I have noticed marks and bandages on his hands. 'Course, he's got so much free time, he cld be on dialysis for all we know

I have a friend with kidney issues and he needs to drink water to a certain level every day. Trump drinks diet coke...not on a diet for kidney issues.
