There is no trump ever who has done anything charitable that they did not profit from in some way. In fact they find charity a weakness. Cause ya know gold toilets and porn stars.

They were selling water to food banks more like it

Actually, confiscating water FROM food banks, giving it to cronies to set up new companies to sell the water back to the food banks that are the highest bidders would be more apt.
