I didn’t say Adderall was for dyslexia, nor did the article. Trump uses the stimulants to feel in control when he has to read. The dyslexia is a trigger for his addictions. It’s why he is sniffing so much when he has to read publicly. @realDonaldTrump

Dyslexia and ADHD often go together. Adderall is for ADHD. But sometimes it doesn't work and the person needs to try something else under supervision. But people also become addicted. He probably got diagnosed decades ago and like everything he does, he fucked it up.
