I think that’s why he keeps saying the states should do what they can and that’s why he hasn’t enacted the power to compel companies to mass produce what we need. He’s playing the long game so if any states have trouble he will just blame them. Especially if they are a Blue state

He’s already withholding from blue states. Florida is receiving 100% of their requests. In Oregon, we’ve gotten 10%.
