Fact check, Noel: We were sending buses to pick up gamblers as early as 1979 (Caesars Boardwalk Regency). Atlantic City is located within one-third of the US population on a single tank of gas. Bus junkets are big business in Las Vegas, and have been since the 60s.
This factoid just means Trump took total advantage of Seniors and those least able to afford gambling; often rewarding passengers with a roll of nickels or quarters as they got off the bus. It is essentially a "free" trip, and so scummy.
