Because she got half of Kushner Companies at time the Trump Families biggest paycheck was coming from NBC. Orthodox conversion was a way for her to deal with her drinking issues, instead of AA she chose orthodoxy. Also, daddy told her to marry Jared. @realDonaldTrump
