I won’t share the video I just saw of the horse collapsing in Central Park that had to be euthanized. But as someone who lives across the street from CP and rides there daily, I can tell you that the horse carriage trade is 100 percent animal abuse and should be stopped.

There’s a proposal in Chicago to ban horse drawn carraiges but the City Council has sadly not taken a vote. However there are regulations companies need to follow & citizens can report abuses. I would call 311 every time I saw a carriage operated in over 90 or under 15 degrees
