Saying Trump has dementia is like saying Jeffrey Dahmer chews with his mouth open. It’s not the most pressing issue and I personally don’t believe it. What you see now is what he was always like, his deterioration is drug induced. Dementia talk is offering him an excuse someday.

Even if it did what the point? Reagan had Alzheimers his entire 2nd term. They don’t remove you from the WH for it. He is an active drug addict with impulse control and NPD. His brain is fried for sure but his behavior and substance abuse is where the danger is w/ Trump.

The difference is that when Reagan started to sundown, he had some competent and even decent people he could rely on reminding who he was and what he had to do. Now, think who does Trump have when he doesn't know where and in which time he is.

His is likely a different type of dementia - frontotemporal, which targets executive function more than other dementia. It will greatly compound everything you have been saying about the drug abuse, moreso than Alzh or vascular dementia would.
