The adjectives “scoundrel” and “rogue” are far too nice to use with these bottom feeding scum. (I can’t call them “men”.) It almost implies a kind of cute, mischievous “bad boy” image — a “boys will be boys” kind of thing. There must be better, more precise words. Anybody?
