If you had a major pandemic in the US and thousands were infected with a virus could you then declare martial law and suspend an election in the interest of ‘public safety’? I don’t trust Trump with this situation or any. Convict him in the Senate before it’s too late.

Same (with a caveat). Historically noted, he needs a "war" in order to do it LEGALLY. But it's now and now the rules don't seem to apply...

I have been saying since early 2017 that President Treason will use any excuse to declare martial law and cancel the general election.

This. I think if the Dems win Trump will call rigged election. The GOP will use the Dems arguments against them. They'll say "Hey, you've been screaming for 4+ years about Russian interference. Clearly that's the case now."

He's cancelling the Primary in many states for anyone who wants to run against him, wouldn't surprise me in the least if he would suspend a general election either.
