GOP is making the argument that Trump needs confidentiality in order to ‘receive the best advice’ as POTUS. But he has used NDA’s 1980’s. It wasn’t because of advice, if you were near him you would see his drug abuse, sexual deviance and criminality. @realDonaldTrump

Reporting is that he's forced WH employees to sign them too - however, NDAs are NOT binding on Gov't employees - they are bound by their oaths to the Country and the Constitution. Why none of them will come forward is beyond disgusting.

Also baffling. Peeps in DC keep secrets, cover for bosses, political allies, etc who have power & connections. Trump has no real allies here, support may b wide rt now, but it is VERY shallow & clear the brand is dead once he's out of office. Ppl r playing a very short term game.

I echo that. I wish more people would say screw the NDA and come forward. I’m not a lawyer but I would think if you witness a crime you have an obligation to report it regardless of having signed an NDA. Doesn’t the law take precedence?
