If you go back and watch the CPAC video of Trump’s speech last year you can clearly see white powder in the mucus leaking out of his nose. I took screen shot’s at the time. It would be a legitimate ask to have WH explain what it was? @realDonaldTrump

Doubtful that came from snorting Adderall then. Adderall pills (even the generics) are pinkish orange or pale blue (depending on the dosage) in color. So any post nasal insufflation drip after snorting such a pill would also be that color.
He uses coke and meth as well. As I have said before many times, Adderall is Trump’s ‘maintenance high’ he used the other stuff for ‘party time’. 2000 he sat in limo and blew lines of coke with models on VH1 Fashion Rocks in full view if prod staff.

Plenty of people who like to, or feel the need to tweek, are not also known to be really discriminating on said substance that they use to get that way, especially if the availability of the preferred substance is not always at hand. -
I would also think something like a CPAC conference would have more of a 'party time' feel than kicking it at home in the WH on a Tuesday.
