The comment is correct. Ivanka uses that voice because daddy likes sibilant ‘S’ sounds and she knows it makes her more palatable. In reality she curses like a sailor and has a much deeper voice. I was her handler and heard the ‘real voice’ many times. Fact.
I read about the swearing a couple of years ago in an article in Vanity Fair. At the time I thought her public whispering voice must be a studied ruse, otherwise it would be just too funny to equate it with swearing like a drunken sailor.
