For the most part the American press are enablers. Refusing to ask the tough questions for fear of losing access. I'll bet @mehdirhasan would have the guts to ask if given the chance!

They don't really ask him a whole lot of questions that they should because they're afraid of losing access. There are a few who push him from time to time but seldom is he really challenged on anything.
