After Epstein reached a non-prosecution agreement with Alex Acosta in 2008, Jeffrey shipped at 53lb shredder and a carpet and tile extractor to his Island. Barr took over the case after rearrest by SDNY in 2019 and Epstein died in Federal Custody a few weeks later. Case Closed?

This is not conjecture. I have seen screenshots of the actual FedEx receipts on Twitter. It cost a fortune to ship the two. The paper shredder was some sort of industrial size. The Donald Barr book is on Amazon so also easy to validate.

Ya what is a shredder used for? Same with tile extractors?

Not sure, but my guess would be to eliminate any DNA from being collected from hair, and various bodily fluids that may have gotten deposited over time.
