I’m the guy that originally pointed out the Sudafed in his desk drawer in that pic. I spotted it when Yashar Ali reposted the pic last May. I knew to look for it as Trump hoarded UK Sudafed in Apprentice Days. He would often carrying it in coat pocket or leave it on set.
