He snorts a ton of Adderall and they go over the words with him before hand to make sure there aren’t any tough ones. Then he concentrates really hard. It was a long process on ‘Apprentice’ Finales, we also had Ivanka next to him to cover for mistakes. Lots of reshoots on tapings

Makes sense. That is how he compensates and over years how he managed. Public would sympathasize if not for the mobbing, the crime, the abuses, including possible pedophilia, rape, human trafficking, treason, etc.
