He was, it was while shooting B-roll in helicopter. I said window here cause there are only so many characters in a tweet. Nobody cares anyway, I have tweeted that dozens of times. Its accepted that he is a racist now.

P.S, the footage shot that day he was in a racist tirade appeared in the opening credits of ‘Apprentice’ so I guess you could say the racism was baked-in to that show. It aired for 12 seasons.
